Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges at DECIHELL
Of course, it can happen that an item doesn’t fit perfectly or that you’ve changed your mind—that’s absolutely no problem for us. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you fill out our returns & exchanges form completely and include it with your shipment.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the form: Please provide your order number, your name, and your email address. Also note the specific item and check whether it was too small or too large.

  2. Select an option: Decide whether you want a standard return or prefer an exchange for a different size. For an exchange, please enter your desired new size directly on the form.

  3. Ship: If possible, return the item to us in its original packaging. The return address is:

What happens after the return?

  • For an exchange: As soon as we receive your package, we will send you the new size you requested free of charge.

  • For a refund: After receiving and successfully inspecting the item, we will refund the purchase price via your original payment method.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
